Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the original purchase. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
To start a return, email support@lilysam.com with your order number. Full details are in our Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.
Our sizes follow standard measurements. If you normally wear a size L, we recommend choosing size L.
If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. For example, if you are between M and L, choose L for a roomier fit.
