How long will it take to receive my order?
The average delivery time is 8 to 12 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to track your parcel on our tracking page.
We also recommend checking your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes end up there.
Please note that the tracking code may take a few business days to become active.
It has been 10 business days and I still have not received my parcel. What should I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Have you already checked your tracking code? Parcels may sometimes be delayed due to customs or carrier processing.
We kindly ask you to wait an additional 3 days. In most cases, the parcel is still delivered.
If you have already waited 10 business days plus 3 additional days, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
