How It All Started
There is a specific feeling that comes with the right dress. It falls into place the moment you put it on, and you stop checking the mirror.
That feeling is where Lily & Sam began. Not in an office, but in front of a wardrobe full of dresses that never got worn twice.
What followed was a search for pieces you would actually reach for, and bags that go with them, instead of whatever happened to be popular that month.
The collection has been built around one idea since: getting dressed should be simple, and it should feel like yours.
Our mission
Getting dressed should be the easiest decision you make all day.
Every dress and every bag goes through the same filter before it reaches the collection. We look at the fabric up close. We look at whether the cut holds a clear shape. And we ask what occasion it is actually for. A wedding, a dinner, a warm afternoon, or an ordinary day worth dressing for.
What does not answer that question does not make the collection.
Our dresses and bags are chosen to be worn.
