Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

You do not have to use this form — an email to support@lilysam.com saying clearly that you wish to cancel is enough. This form is provided because the regulations require us to make one available.

What happens next

Once we receive your cancellation notice we will confirm it by email and send you return instructions. Return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
